Personality:
Sr. Owen is as sweet as they come! This adorable pup has a gentle and loving nature, making him adaptable to any situation. He is soft, tender, and playful—always ready for fun and quick to learn new things, especially when treats are involved! He’s truly the perfect companion, eager to bring joy to his forever home.

History:
Sr. Owen was found abandoned in a heartbreaking place known as "the heap of death." We don’t even want to know why it was called that, but what matters is that one compassionate woman saw his innocent, sleeping form and knew he deserved better. She rescued him, ensuring he was fully vetted, vaccinated, and neutered.

Ever since, this dedicated rescuer has been working tirelessly to give dogs like Sr. Owen a second chance. While resources are limited, we are committed to finding him a loving home. If we secure a sponsor and an adopter, we’ll bring him to Colorado, where he can finally have the life he deserves. When you adopt one of these beautiful souls, you’ll receive a pre-trained pup, and we will support you every step of the way—free of charge!

Behavior & Training:
Sr. Owen is potty and house-trained (though he’ll need time to adjust to his new environment). He’s also crate-trained and knows basic commands like sit, stay, and come. He gets along well with other dogs, though supervision is recommended when introducing new friends. Most importantly, he has learned to trust humans again—he adores kids and is truly a gentleman!
